Just out of interest, have you had them before?  They seem kinda familiar from curry restaurants to me, but I don't think I've ever had them.

What do they taste like?

Yes, I have.  They're crunchy on the outside and liquid in the inside, filled with honey that's been thinned by rosewater.  They're also fried, I think, so they have this really... rich flavor.  Overwhelming.  Slightly drippy.  Very delicate.

They're amazing, is what they are.

I was saying Vector, that I'd be more than happy to host a game. I really wouldn't mind slowly getting myself back into mafia this way.

Come bother the threshold list when you're ready to run it, then =)  I'll be glad to see you.

Threshhold list? Is that something you guys invented during my hiatus from mafia?

Someone take the discussion elsewhere. I'm not really in a good mood anymore and I don't really like all the Mafia nonsense cluttering up my thread.

By the way, in case anyone is trying to find the sweet I mentioned--it's Jalebi, rather than Julebi.

Honey and rosewater--it's very sweet, with a sort of perfumy, floral taste.  The honey, however, has been thinned out so that it's not entirely overwhelming, and all in all the confection is absolutely sublime.

Yeah... well, I thought you might not know what honeyed rosewater tastes like, so I figured I'd better explain that, too ^_^;;

Anyway, no worries.
