formatting a nonexistent disk gives you an error to that extent, something like "invalid drive specification" i believe. unless it's drive A: or B:, then i'm pretty sure it gives you "drive not ready: abort, retry, fail?"

i also use avira, works great. disabled the nag screen. i think it did stop one virus... i got a tad careless and was asking for it. other than that I had a hell of a time convincing it to ignore netcat... yes, i know it's a hacker tool, i'm a hacker and i intend to use it from time to time.

not a "bad" hacker btw, just someone who enjoys tinkering

RTD is going happily. Only made a few mistakes which were immediately pointed out. Except I think one of my players is about to die.

The only time I've gotten an actual virus was me installing one on purpose because I was bored and wanted to annihilate it.
Everything else is just generic adware and such that Spybot takes out like nothing, but it's pretty infrequent.

Aw man, I just started a new GearHead2 character. My character's father is a comedian. The default (and only) sprite for that is, apparently, a woman in short shorts, a white top, and an afro.
