Dude, F1 does open an explorer process, but it's very small and does hardly anything.
The main explorer process takes up lots more CPU and allows use of folders and your task bar.
It's like using Steam in offline mode.

Oh, and anyone who uses the Windows Help thing is doing it wrong.
That feature is completely useless.
Never said it was useful, just pointing out that something as small and random as that is the same thing as the webbrowser, which it really shouldn't.

I've got an old ball-mouse, actually.
I should take it apart and see what I can do with it.

Oh, and it's still not IE, it's just plain old explore.

Meanwhile,

No, it really isn't.
Windows Explorer is explorer.
Internet Explorer is iexplore and can be removed from the computer without ever needing it again, assuming, of course, you have another internet browser, like Chrome or Firefox.

Actually no, you cannot remove internet explorer. I tried many times. There is no option to remove it in the add/remove dialogue box and if you try and delete the files, they reappear.

Internet explorer and explorer, while giving different processes are actually the same program. It's why when ie crashes it brings down your whole computer

Dissidia: Final Fantasy is pretty cool.

Internet Explorer can be removed, but it's pretty integral to Windows.  There's a good chance removing it will break something if you don't know what you're doing.

Just remembered I uploaded some music for my mom.
Tool and Deftones, if anybody's interested.
Remembered it because Toonyman had apparently not heard of Tool.

You know if you ask somebody if they know what something is don't be surprised if you get a no answer.  That's why you asked.

I know.
I just figured you'd've at least heard of Tool.
They seem pretty popular here.
