I know what you mean. A friend got me to try and lift some pretty damn heavy stuff. At first I could barely move my arms because they were so sore. Three weeks later and it's like lifting feathers.

I got a new leather jacket.

It feels awesome.

It's the middle of summer.

Why did I buy this jacket.

Leather jackets are the shiznit. I need a new one.

I stayed up until 5:00 AM slept until 2:30 today, I guess that makes me happy. Taking advantage of the remaining summer days and all that.

Given this is the internet, anything somewhat innuendo-esque will turn out for the worst in the minds of our fellow tube-dwellers.
But yea, pretty much everyone slept with other kids during childhood.

Eh, I may be the only one to not understand how it'd be weird though. Even though I didn't actively seek human contact as a kid, I ended up sleeping with both genders every once in a while and I pretty much didn't care, for me it was just like sleeping a large breathing plushie. I find it weird that 10 year olds actualy feel any sort of attraction today, I was completely oblivious to that stuff untill I was 13

Only in retrospect, and if you're uptight about that stuff.  Being white-trash may have spurred the process along for me, I dunno.

Anyway.  Two things makin' me happy.  One: I'm borrowing my Dad's car for the indefinite future.  I'm justifiably terrified of the slightest ding (not least because it's not insured), but words cannot express the awe-inspiring experience of driving that machine.  Meanwhile, he's fixing my Jeep for me, on his insistence over my protest that it was completely unnecessary.  I don't why people get so freaked out over the idea of driving a car with no air conditioning.  Or brakes.

The other is that apparently, as rarely as I stop by to see my Grandmother (about once a month), that's still much more than almost anyone else in the family.  Hence why when I told her about my difficulties paying for college, she practically crammed $1800 down my throat.  All these years of being obsequious and kowtow to the point of infuriation is really paying off.
