I think I have been blindsided once, and continually punched. On the head, that is. Fortunately I had a few drinks in me at the time, but still; either I have one hell of a pain threshold, or the "tough guy" "kicking my ass" was a total weakling. I mean, my head nearly got a massage.

Of course, it cracks me up when after I push myself off the guy (without help of people I know (claiming to be friends or close associates) watching the "fight"; of course, I waited about 20 punches in before I acted to see if any of my "friends" would help.), they go off doing some "tough guy" routine with punk and bitch being the main terms dominating their rant. All I could do in response is just ask "are you finished?" and just walk away and continue drinking as I intended to anyway. Surprisingly, the shots that missed actually caused any damage to me. Mostly hits to the arms that the shots glanced off my head and landed on.

Granted, I got to stay at the tavern, but the guy got kicked out by the bouncers. :)
