Oh, thank goodness. I'm only barely comfortable inside my mind, and really paranoid about my mind being damaged or getting away from me permanently. It gets away far too often to leave me secure.

Not to mention people have fasted for decent periods of time and make good recoveries. Although a more cynical person would attach brain damage with the spiritual nature of somebody who would go through with a fast. Still, they are good for putting things in perspective.

Speaking of nutrition, I finally ate something before A.M. rolled around.

Not much, but it's something at least. Pasta shells, garlic and butter. 17 hours of fasting. Ugh.

Oh, and next on my TV watching list, Goldfinger is on on G4. Just began.

I prefer strawberry, especially the stuff with the frozen strawberry chunks in it.
