I like my session today.

I made a jutsu that let's me make 10 attacks while using Speed ranks and a ninjutsu called Decietful Water Move(I think.). Along with that, my character wields two large sabres(Monkey Grip + Oversized Weapon Master at level 15 ) and has 4 attacks while attacking regularly and 30 with his new jutsu. I turned a jounin and a younin into a small pile of flesh, giving me the nickname "The Human Blender." I also passed the jounin test.

They've already done gems. Emerald, Ruby, and Sapphire aren't really colours, but you could make the argument that they're descriptions of Green, Red, and Blue. This would not explain Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, or Crystal.

Pokemon Lapis Lazuli is actually a reasonable progression.

They should ditch the jewels, though. We went Colour -> Metals -> Gemstones -> Gemstones & Metal -> Shades. Generation VI better break through the mold and be different in much the same way (III and IV not withstanding).

I actually think the starters are pretty neat. Better than Gen III, at any rate.

Also, I noticed (in the later generations of games), they stopped capitalizing every single name for people or places. I'm kinda glad that they stopped. It was a bit annoying to see PALLET TOWN and PROFESSOR OAK or MAX REVIVE and stuff.

I thought you were going to say 'Pokemon Emerald' and I lol'd at irony of comparing Generation III starters to anything. Pokemon Magnemite Edition would have been a more exciting choice of starters.

Also, I didn't notice they stopped capitalizing things. I think I still capitalize my name. This is disturbing.

Also, the rival in HeartGold and SoulSilver isn't as badass as in the originals. In the originals the way he made the Earth shake when he fought and how he was kicking ass and taking names all the time was truly frightening. In the remakes, he just bumbles around and fucks you up by taking your disguise and stuff.
