There was a young man of Black Bay
Who thought syphilis just went away,
And felt that a chance
Was merely a canker
Acquired in lascivious play.

Now first he got acne vulgaris,
The kind that is rampant in Paris,
It covered his skin
From forehead to shin,
And now people ask where his hair is.

With symptoms increasing in number
His aorta's in need of a plumber,
His heart is cavorting,
His wife is aborting,
And now he's acquired a gumma.

Consider his terrible plight
His eyes won't react to the light
His hands are apraxic,
His gait is ataxic,
He's developing gun-barrel sight.

He aches from his head to his toes,
His sphincters have gone where who knows,
Paroxysmal incontinence
With all its concomitants,
Brings forth unpredictable flows.

His spirochetes grow day by day,
He's developed paresis
Converses with Jesus
And thinks he's the Queen of the May.

Holy carp, that was a great limerick, Aqizzar. I would give you a cookie, but you'd probably just delete it when you clear your browser history.

When I was a kid, I honed my wit on Limericks. All the plays-on-words, the patterned speach, the rhyming... they're basically what made me the smartass I am today.

Uh... I didn't write it.  It's another mind-bender from my online biology course.

Let's see.  I'm happy that for once I actually woke up when I intended to on a day I didn't need to.  Now I just need to make everything else this weekend fall into place.  See y'all on Sunday.

Took a couple days off of being online (I mean, I had to disconnect my internet completely). Spent the whole time patching up my computer, defraggling it the rest of the way and so on and so forth. I also finally got around to getting my room cleaned and everything. I think I collected about half a pound of dust when cleaning, both on me, and collected and thrown out.

Nice to breath and feel the room more open again. Nice to have everything in order again. Plus, I also took some time off from being on the computer and decided to go outside for a longer amount of time than I usually do. I guess when defragging the computer, I realized why I tend to mutter amongst myself whenever I go for a walk and everything. In a sense, I've been defragmenting all my random thoughts, and the end result is that I end up thinking much clearer. Funny. And on that note, I feel that after this weekend, my thought process for coming up with some artwork ideas and such will be back in motion again.

Oh right, and also PAYDAY!!! According to my calculations, I should be able to get Steam back up and running before Easter. HUZZAH!

Now, to try and separate my thought processes from the games I get back, and an old way of thinking. Oh, and to commit more time to beating an old game or 2 before I get back to the Steam games I ordered. Nuts, I also have to think up a workaround for a minor bit of fun I'm experiencing on my Bloodfist project.

It's the end of an era... when a screaming goblin horde 100-strong could be stopped by a 3-foot dry moat. A time where dwarves with a single broken leg would occupy a bed for years like a vegitable, until the life support water buckets were turned off. When a single arrow, thrown by hand, could fly 100 feet, and lodge itself in the left lung, right lung, heart, brain, eyeball, and left third toe of a titan.

No, we soon shall embark on a new era... a time of War Giant Toads, Blind Cave Fish Men, and fuzzy blue lizard-gorillas with magma for blood, who breath poisonous fumes that drive all that smell them stark raving mad. Soon, puddles of sentient vomit will impersonate Human Gods and gain their fealty, as your dwarves do battle with titanic three-headed-vultures, and hazards of the depths too terrible to possibly imagine.

Soon, and very soon, we will Strike the Earth once more... and no one knows what we may find.
