Finally got my taxes done after enough procrastinating, and previously screwing up some number earlier.

I screwed up once, and decided to take a break and try and re-gather some information and double-check a few things. Redoing it today, I just learned I'll get a ton returned instead of having to pay an annoying amount.

Plus, something doesn't seem right. My work day was average for once. Not too busy, not too slow, customers were much less assholes this time around, plus I actually had help today unlike the last few days when I got sieged by vile forces of darkness non-stop while working mostly alone. Tomorrow is fortunately a wind-down being half the time to work. I also got a time exchange that extended my weekend time off and netted me a few more hours for next week. And just after all this, I realized that I'll be out of debt next week when I collect my pay. YAY! Which means I should be able to recover my Steam account as well. YAY!

Just as well Modern Marvels is also talking about brewing.

Oh, and This Thread set the Wayback Machine in my head to overdrive, as my post would show.

It's nice to be more pleasant again. I want to be like this more often.

Kinda reminds me of Squall's Dead.

It's saying that in FF8, from the beginning of disc 2 to the end of the game Squall is dying. The whole thing is just a dream, which is why things get more and more fucked up as time goes on.

I've heard of that before, people can't survive getting struck by lightning anyway (don't bother bringing up any "facts" about this, mythbuster proved it).

No one has ever survived lightning strikes, it's an immutable fact that you die if you get struck.  Don't bother bringing up contradictory evidence, it's obviously false because you can't be struck by lightning.

People do survive massive electric shocks that are theoretically lethal.  Mostly because the lethal voltage has to be to the heart... or at least that's my understanding of it.

Yeah people survive millions of voltage all the time, that's nothing without POWER.
Voltage times CURRENT is POWER/WALTS.
No way in hell are you surviving getting blasted by a lightning bolt, there would be nothing left.
