When I was 8 or so, my dad gave me this book called Mathematical Puzzles and Diversions.
I lost many hours to that thing.

That sounds... familiar.  No, I'm just curious because filters and uniformities are typically first covered in a first-year graduate analytical topology course.  They're simple notions, of course, but usually don't get thrown around until later.

I'm thinking you're very thin and small, because pushups are surprisingly hard.

Tomorrow will be a shorter day than usual.
I used to care more about math and science before, but now I just use it as a mean to proceed.

Maybe if we covered material faster than one formula a week or two.  We're doing freakin F=m(a) right now.

My favorite hobby now is to sleep and read manga really.

I don't why this choice of advert on MSN cracked me up so much.  I guess it serves me right for using random memes as my avatar.

You're telling me!

Well I didn't do 80 pushups straight. I took a few short breaks over the course of around 4 minutes.

Happy: I've started reading The Brothers Karamazov. Large books always make me happy.

OH WAIT I ALMOST FORGOT!

Today, there was a Guitar Hero tournament. Now, I'm not very good at Guitar Hero, but I entered anyway under the "Hard" difficulty bracket. When my name was called a couple minutes later to play, I tried playing "Kryptonite" by 3 Doors Down and successfully got 21% completion before failing horribly.

Roughly twenty minutes later, I'm declared the winner by default, since noone else signed up under the Hard difficulty bracket. I'm very happy that I get another T-shirt to add to my collection.

Happy and surprised that the reactions to my rant didn't get too bad while I was working. Such a painful thing to have running in your mind all day not knowing what else is being stated while you're helpless to stopping your own problem because of another one (work).

The fact that someone somewhat understood where I could be coming from with my statement further helps. I guess I'm further happy that things could've gotten worse, but for once in a long time, it didn't.
