We never dissected fetal pigs.

Disected pregnant rats though.

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

We dissected frogs.
There were fetal pigs though, but we could only poke them and such.
There weren't enough to dissect.

From what I heard of it, wasn't it always?

A possibly stressful situation ended well. That made me happy.

I also had some buttered perogis.
Is it sad that I lick the butter off of the plater afterwards?

Why not. :)

I was visiting a psychologist for the first time to talk about my depression and panic attacks. I simultaneously had my first day at school AND I talked with a friend about a sensitive subject without upsetting her.

Spelunky.

It. Is. Impossible!!! It's a rougelike crossed with a platformer and then filled with evil, evil spiders.

It's not that bad.
It took me like 3 months before I beat it the first time though,
 so I suppose it requires some twisted sort of practice.

The real hurdle is learning correct timing to use the whip,
 since it has a delay, and an odd hit box.
Once you got that down,
 you are basically immune to those pesky animals,
 and they become stepping stones for subsequent double jumps.

Also, if you are really really having trouble with it,
 just snag a shotgun from a shop,
 then run like hell.
Makes the game 30% easier.

Also #2, try to sneak by the future shopkeepers without shooting them,
 and they will forgive you.
The one hoping around in the exit is easy enough,
 just jump down randomly.
You have a good chance of disabling him long enough to escape.

That's all I got, governor.

Don't give up, the game gets less painful and more strategic as you play more.
You'll find yourself contemplating ways to do things that don't seem possible at first.

Spelunky is pretty fun. I gotta get around to playing that game again.

As you would notice from my livestreams, I tend to treat the game like a Mario game half the time, making precise jumps and all more than using actual weaponry of any sort.

There have been times I've been ridiculously lucky playing in such a manner.

 College closed today due to SNOW!

 Alright, I take that back. College delayed 'till noon. Any classes ending after noon will require I be there at noon.

 My class ends at 10:00 today.

Oh yeah, one last thing (99% certainty),
 it is advised to switch the key layout to a layout where you can run,
 jump and attack simultaneously more easily.
I have:
Run = Shift
Jump = Space
Whip = F

That way I can teeter-totter my thumb and fifth finger
 like it ain't no thing.
