Little late here, but it's a joke about the Pink Panther I believe, with Steve Martin. He's a Frenchman in that movie, and he can't properly say, "Hamburger" like an American. He keeps saying, "Am-Bur-Ger" with special emphasis on the missing H and Ger.

In America I believe its called a Salisbury steak. A spiced ground meat patty.

And the Japanese do like beef, I believe its a luxury food over there. Kobe beef?

I hear watermelon is also a expensive food over there.

Which made me imagine buying a bigass boat and just loading it with a fuckload of melons to sell in Japan, and make big bucks, until I realized that idea is stupid in at least sixteen ways, way #1 being I don't have enough money to buy a bigass boat.
