Legitimate happy for me:

Spent the most time with the ladyfriend today than I ever have. Over the course of the day, we must've talked for a good 4 hours total, plus played some games together near the end for another hour or so.

Lucky you. I've yet to see a gamer chick in here. Only my cousin plays games that aren't on facebook, but she has since stopped due to real life happening.

For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

You youngling snowpushers don't know what a real snow storm is! Why, when I was young—
Aheh...ahaha....AHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Welcome to Michigan! Hope you like our flurries!

On the off chance you thought those photos were an exaggeration, allow me to illustrate: since the city could only afford to plow the most major streets, in order to get to my grandparent's Farm one Winter we had to park a mile or so away, next to one of those snow walls, climb on top of the car, put our snowshoes and skis on, and drag our supplies across the top of the snow in a sled. You can sink into the snow up to your torso if you're not careful, even with the proper gear... and even if you don't, odds are you're going to get a pound or so of ice in your shoes and clothing. On top of that, we had to spend a few hours digging a tunnel down to the front door, and clearing it out wide enough to make sure we wouldn't get snowed in overnight, as well as cutting a path to the sauna and the log pile.

Despite the inconvenience, I loved that Winter. It was especially nice having access to the Sauna... the steam and heat felt so nice after all that time in the cold. Since it was 50 feet or so away from the house, after I'd warmed up to about as hot as I could tolerate, I'd skitter down the snow path, barefoot and in my skivvies, before jumping back into the house, and some warm, dry clothes.

Good memories. :)

Question, Bay12: What is the boiling point of soapy water? In Celcius, if you could; my Google-fu is insufficient.

Similar to the non-soapy kind. Unless you need preposterous levels of accuracy, I doubt it's going to matter. And if you do, it's going depend on how soapy and what kind of soap.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

My guess would be around 99°C, although likely even higher. The soap should weaken the hydrogen bods between water molecues a bit.

Not exactly going for accuracy, so 99 degrees it is.

Huh. Well then. Although I guess that depends on whether or not the soap is volatile.
