After the nightmare of last night, I finished, lost my work again, re-wrote it, and slept for a hour and a half. And yet I feel better today then i do most days. Weird.

It's the sleep deprivation, it's completely random in that regard tho, one time you'll feel awesome and another you'll feel like shit, guess the RNG worked for you this time :P

Also, exam is over, I did pretty good actually, and I feel cautiously optimistic about it. So it probably won't end well, at all.

And as a friend pointed out, you can tell people who fail from people who pass after the thing is over, those that are happy and smiling are usually the ones who're at peace with the fact that they'll probably fail and therefore don't have to give a shit anymore. Those worried to death with the results are usually the ones who did every question (and probably did it right) and are now freaking out for no reason.

And really, I'm far beyond the point of caring right now, sunk over two weeks into the stuff, it can go and die for all I care now, too much time wasted on it anyway.

So, whilst in Brazil, it looks like I may get to take a class on Old Tupi!

@Footjob, you can microwave most grains I've tried pretty easily through the microwave, even if they aren't packaged for it.

Dumb ways to die.

Can't watch video right now, but if that is what I think it is it is awesome. :D

I'm happy today because this weekend I actually managed to force myself to write a bunch of code for an game project I started a long time ago.  :D

Now if I can only somehow force myself to keep at it, it might actually go somewhere.

Its basically a dungeon management sim, like dungeon keeper.  Planning to base it a little more on the management side of things though.  Its at the point where I can have guys wandering around and stuff, basic combat and prisoners who will dig your tunnels for you, but not much else other than heaps of infrastructure.

Also its only got ascii graphics, because I've got no artistic talent.   :P

Just wait for a wild Deon to appear. They tend to make awesome tilesets.

Is Deon still active on the modding forum? Between his mods he should have a pretty impressive array of tile sets.

Apparently I befriend weird people (and I mean that in the best possible way). 4 of my closest friends have come out to me as trans. Almost all are gay/bi. And all are wonderful people.

Otherwise, all is well.
