Since YouTube now makes money off of advertising, if you have a channel and get a high enough regular viewership, YouTube pays you part of the earning as an incentive.  It's very 21st century.

EDIT: Yeah... Google won't let me change the email associated with it, or the URL. I recently snagged a new domain ("Arcadia"), but am worried about jumping over to it just yet. Don't want to alienate the 5 fans I have, you know.

Honestly, I'm kinda embarrassed to share my Youtube, since it's still pretty rough ^{_{and because me and my co-casters have sort of grating stage personas and I worry what you guys think of me more than I'd like to admit. :I}}
