Apparently, Noynoy's main funder dude (the Governor of Quezon, IIRC) was part of a drug smuggling thing that went international. He raised over 5B pesos for Noynoy's campaign. The RP had to get a hint from the US to bust dat case yo.

They tend to have good organs.
The occasional crap liver, but that's what the warranty is for.
Don't try to get an extra brain or heart though, those things are usually shot, literally.
