Spacex test launch, they lost one engine midway, kept going anyway, was a complete success.

That engine failure really had me startled there, I thought for sure it was going to end badly. Amazing feat of engineering coping with a catastrophic failure like that.
I went from absolute shock to overjoyed, good show Spacex.  :D

I have a disease that makes difficulty encouraging.  One day it will kill me.

It's fun though.  When I fail at something a few times, I have to do it.  It's no longer about whatever I was originally doing it for, it's about doing it.  Eye of the tiger and all that shit.

Right now I'm attached to some shitty smartphone game called Flow where you connect dots on a grid without any of the lines overlapping and without leaving any squares blank.  There's 600 levels, and I have 277 to go.  Some of them are hard, so now I can't quit.  I have to beat them all before I can continue with my life.

I learned that you can measure radiation with a photodiode, which is great because now I don't need to buy anything really expensive! :D

The private sector is fine until it develops a combination of myopia and disregard for human life. But that doesn't belong here.

But we do need eyes. So it was a bit of an oversight on my part to remove mine. My bad.
