Those transparent 3D maps are very difficult to read properly, though.

No, seriously. If you get a chance to play the trilogy, it's nigh impossible to read them damn things in some areas.

I have played 1 and 2. I understand how hard the maps are to read, but it's completely different (and hilarious) when people tell him to go left and he goes right, and then proceeds to bitch about how hard it is to find his way back.

The maps aren't that hard to read, except in big vertical areas. And even then, you can usually find your way with a bit of manipulation. I think he just isn't good at navigating in 3D space. I imagine he gets lost irl too.

Where the FUCK did Wal-Mart go? This is the WORST WORLD DESIGN EVER!

Man, I'm just walking on sunshine today. Despite my having like 4 hours of sleep.

But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

Kitten is sitting in my lap without spazzing. This makes me happy, especially considering he'd normally be trying to devour my hands right now.

Numbers made me happy today. More specifically, been playing EUIII and I managed to form Great Britain exactly 250 years ahead of schedule. Not kidding, I completely coincidentally did it on 1 May 1457. I love numbers and making arbitrary associations with them. :3

I 100%'ed a math quiz after horrifically failing an exam (that I can thankfully replace with the final), so at least I'm not getting worse.
