For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

I know just what type of nonsense, too!

Crazy I know, but it just might work!

Right now I'm eating pizza. Not the best pizza, but a good meal regardless.

I'll help!

I went to the art museum. It was very Guertana.

Guertana is totally an adjective.

I found something that shows how DRM works.

with cats.

This is even funnier because it happens on a daily basis in my house. The cats, that is. Not so much the pirating/DRM stuff.

Also I am addicted to Grifball. This is not such a bad thing.

So someone told me that Serenity is on Netflix now.

Two hours later, my life has been completed.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

This makes me happy.

It's pretty bare-bones at the moment. I want the posters, should there be any, to craft the setting THROUGH me. [/pretentious shill]

I've been wanting to do this for a while so hopefully it takes off. I have a good idea of the basic game-plot, too! So I'm not just some crack with a keyboard.

Also, I've never done this before. I'm basically a crack with a keyboard at this point.

Yes, but I DO live in the place where a lot of posters come from, time-zone wise.

Though maybe I should check the forum statistics to see how terrible of a time 2AM MY time is.
