When I went to the pride parade here they had a band playing this song. I heard the opening and was all It couldn't be... And then the singing started. And no one was sad every again.

Was losing money at the casino, when a couple of drunk punks started to harrass a nearby black woman with racist language.

So I waved down a security guard. As they were being offically banned from the casino, with a couple local cops there for whatever reason, I told the lie.

"I wasn't really paying attension until I heard the word 'Packing', I thought they might have a weapon, so that's why I waved at the guard."

The frisking that followed did not find any weapons, but did find a drug pipe with residue...

I don't feel bad, racist pricks that gang up on old women deserve whatever problems can be heaped on them.

Sorry, but a bunch of 'adults' abusing an old lady deserve more than they've been dished out as it is, in my opinion.

The "Vikings" were farmers with a few points in Brawling, one or two in Swords or Spears, and the majority in Hide Behind Shields And Throw Stuff At Enemy. It is not a very good compliment

Tell that to Freydis, who bought the rest of her scouting party time to escape from a band of "Skraelings" by grabbing a sword, throwing off her shirt, and proving how much they didn't want to mess with the daughter of Eric the Red by slicing her own boobs, and getting into a combat stance. Hell of a way to intimidate your attackers, and it worked so well they ran off, according to records.

In my experience, whenever women hurt themselves or threaten to do so, dramatic things happen, Vikings or otherwise.

And also Vikings were pretty badass, at least compared to the pansies they fought most of the time

the most they could do is ask him what his name is so they could prosecute him, and he could easily lie, and I highly doubt they'd waste time finding him simply for one lie.

In other news, I'm equal-parts bemused, confused, and amused by the fact that said chick-from-last-few-posts dreamed of me last night. It was a terrible nightmare where she was all alone in a dark, abandoned, frightening place, running for her life, and suddenly I appeared across the street from her, so she ran to me and hugged me tight, I told her she doesn't have to be alone anymore and that everything will be alright, as the black sky became light. Soon a few more of my friends showed up and everything went peachy.

Two good deeds of the day: Coercing a kitten into attacking my eyes (I have now learned they apparently view blinking as some sort of dark magic), and convincing same kitten to gnaw on a dog's arse for about 30 seconds straight. The anthropomorphized mental image of that latter scene is both hilarious and disturbing!
