I went for a very short run today. It was interesting. I might start doing this. The exercise would certainly help...

Black-white does have grey in it, but red-green has no yellow or brown, and yellow-blue has no green. Loud Whispers' link may explain it better, or perhaps allow you to see something like it. It's weird, seeing two things at once but also seeing them mixed. A bit like those images with the grid where you see imaginary squares.
