Er, not quite... their projected 50 machines reach far enough to cover casting of metal, manufacturing microchips, and molding bioplastics.

I cannot begin to describe how awesome this is, or how excited I am that I am alive when this is happening. Here's a link to their main website, for anyone who wants to find out more about the Open Source Ecology project.

Fasting hardly even works, I often only eat every second day out of laziness. Can't bother doing food. I'm completely steady in my weight, because, my body goes into hunger mod and conserves energy better when I don't eat often and multiple times per day.

So if you want to kill weight, eat 6 times a day, small portions. Shit works.

I maintain a fairly average weight (a good proportion of which is muscle) of 85kg by simply eating on time and selecting healthy choices.

When the wife left, I was 235. This morning, I am 212. Stress plays a big part in weight, too. Granted, I've also been trying to cut down on portion size (aside from my wing binge last night) in the meantime because I'm mostly making my own meals, but yeah.

Yesterday I skipped breakfast and I forgot lunch. I found out that only eating Gummi Bears results in something best described as mix of chocolate milk and spicy yogurt. It was very eew.
