So my roommate is a serious (really, really serious) nerd from Norway, and the food here is a hell of a lot better + healthier than it was a couple of years ago.

I'm also emotionally exhausted/completely over-stimulated and the dude I'm dating seems annoyed at me for some scheduling problems we've had (which were, honestly, my fault), but things are looking up.

I wear shorts year round. And no, it's not a temperate climate here; it's below freezing outside right now. Granted it's not northern Alaska or anything wacky like that.


Shorts are the best. Screw long pants.

I always wear long trousers and long-sleeved shirts. Except during winter.
