It's a pretty balls game~
I managed to beat the first dungeon, though~
And the second dungeon is Death Mountain~~
Anyway, the trick is to dash through the path, then run around at the entrance collecting shock magic from the grass~
Once you have that, use the side area to blaze through the stairs and then just run past the skeletons in the hall~
You'll have to fight your way through the caves, and don't worry too much about using magic, because you can get more greens before and during the boss, along with others~
With the focus staff equipped, your shock magic does ~200 damage to the boss~
Then, switch to the glove, stand right in front of it and hit, dodging a bit to the side when it pounds its fists~
It'll be really weak, so it won't take too much, and you'll also knock off more magic to use~
When it charges up or jumps, jumpstep back a bunch~
You can take down the arms by targetting the crystals, but after knocking out one, it gains an eye laser attack, and I've not managed to get the second one~

tl;dr shock magic is your friend, learn to jumpstep

I ran a Dredmor Tabletop RPG campaign using a tiny ruleset with The Fool, Hitty40 and cerapa. That. Was. INCREDIBLE.

Laptop is back again with new cpu, awesome sauce, and found some 18" pizzas for 9 bucks, delivery too.

My boss just gave me a cellphone for work.  He implied that it is my phone it's just currently under his plan.

I expected a reasonable little phone when he told me he would get me one.  Maybe a small black and white screen, some basic text functionality, and maybe voicemail.

I did not expect a freaking iPhone.  Best boss ever.

World needs more nonsensical-but-awesome videogame crossovers. I'll be forever curious what trick of copyright makes it so Japan has such an easier time of pulling stuff like that than the states/english-primary speaking world. Our western gaming tradition will forever be slighted by the lack of non-OG Super Robot Wars.

Hopefully that thing will be translated officially at some point.

The radio show was quite boss, two hours of solid messing around with prank calls and dumb topic discussions on air, I think I might get into this stuff on a regular basis :D

Did some hardcore community serving. I got the amazing job of holding the stop/slow sign. That was a life changing experience.

New OCRemix album! One day, there will be Seiken Densetsu (At least for two and three!) album, and Frumple will be able to die a happy person. Until then, Wild Arms is pretty nice~

Now I'm officially done with my Fall college semester. I say now because the final assignment for the last class was us writing a paper about that years senior's capstone projects and they didn't present until the last day of the semester. Then we had several days to write the paper. Naturally I procrastinated until the last day and finished it with time to spare regardless.
