So apparently, I have toe power of 4kids entertainment. Specifically, the invisible guns.

I can also do the Eagle Pawnch. Today is a good day.

Everything everyone sees is unique.
Two people looking at a tree from different angles see the same tree's reflected photons. Two people looking at rainbows will see photons from entirely different sets of particulates.

Meh, okay.  I meant in terms of genetic variation of receptors, but whatever.

(Hehe, I never actually studied optics or light.  Something to do the summer after I graduate, I guess :3)
Even if we were to see ideintical images down to the receptor level, would we still see the same? Is your concept of a tree the same as mine?

Oh my heck. I got NFS Undercover on the Steam sale. Before now I hadn't actually played too many of the oversaturated modern games. NFS Undercover is like every bad action movie I've ever watched, but in video game form. It's beautiful.

Is that the game where you get your car taken in a rigged race before the game starts? I think I had that on the GCN.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

I don't even know. I'm not used to the taste of this type of game. I played one Need for Speed game on GCN before but it wasn't like this one at all.

It must've been a day for rainbows. I just got back from my first day at the library... it's built raised over a hill that rolls down to a natural wetland. We had a nice little rainstorm pattering against the metal and glass roof, and looking out my window over the wetland, with the rain rippling in a nearby pond, I saw a big, low-hanging rainbow.

It's been a good day.

My life has definitely once again exploded past the fine line into what may normally be deemed clinically insane.

I'm okay with this.

I'm also amused at how the decompression parties to welcome Burners away from home and back into regular society are... easily the most non-regular things I've ever experienced. Talk about breaking notions of reality and substituting your own. I'm now poring over 20+gigs of festival and fire footage to edit. Craziness! Passion! Impromptu song and dance numbers! Seratonin, dopamine!

Summer's ending with a bang, now to start grad school.

Manta rays are pretty awesome though. Those things get big. I mean 20 ft. wingspans. Sometimes, they even jump out of the water. Pretty crazy stuff.

EDIT:
Some pics of mantas I took while visiting the Altanta Aquarium. }:<>-
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
A couple of those would make epic wallpapers.

Got all kinds of rays in the last 2 pics.
