I dunno, I am looking at the Wiki right now, and your weather looks absolutely amazing. Canberra's average low is like 30F higher then ours, and the average high is about 20F cooler. Of course that is only the average, and on only for that small area, but still it paints a picture of great temperatures.

Want Canberra. Only colder in the winter, that'd be good. 14F is barely enough to create the sensation of a brisk breeze in the winter, much less proper winter cold.

But damn! Are you figuring the chill factor from all that wind that sweeps across the plain? Because let me tell you, having below zero wind blow into my eyes makes me regret my ability to see.

As I was walking to my car after work I realized that I was going to have to alter my course unless I was planning of doing some sort of parkour over one of the cart corrals* on the way. The mental image of a fat guy parkouring over a cart corral entertained me greatly.

*The things you put shopping carts in at grocery stores and such.

On the topic of local tempreture, here in northern ohio, we get some cool winds blowing off of lake erie, and the wind chill easily gets below -10 degrees. And I love it. I absolutley love the cold, to the extent where all I need to keep me comforatable in the dead of winter is a light jacket. I walk to school in blizzards
