^stuff^ heat wave in Michigan subsided. -snipagain-

Is it just me, or is the number of Bay12ers from Michigan growing exponentially? (Odd that another MI'ite would have me in their sig, but there ya go. :P)

I actually didn't realize there were so many either. By chance, are there any U-pers among these Michiganders?

Not in the UP, but I say we band together and take back what's rightfully ours...Toledo. :P

So it seems the issue with my computer was just a faulty power supply.  A friend gave me his extra one as a gift (not as powerful as the first, but hey if I never notice a problem again, then problem solved!), and I successfully played a game of League of Legends for the first time in a long while.
Gotta be careful with power supplies though; depending on the quality of the one your friend gave you, you should probably replace it. Power supplies are pretty much the only part of a PC which can nuke half the other components if they die in a bad way.
Them and shorted mobos.

Nope. I'm like right near Detroit. My town has a paragraph on wikipedia about its immense Lebanese population.

Just struck by a happy memory. You know how my father tried to teach me about cookies (the internet kind) when we first got a computer? He taped cookies to the monitor and I waited till they fell off, then ate them.

I still have no idea what the hell a cookie is.

Cookies are little text files your browser allows websites to store and access on your computer. For flash games, these are things like game saves, for shopping websites, they may be your list of items you selected; any number of things a website wants to know about you in order to help it in the future.

Finished rereading the first Harry Potter book (took about two hours total >_>), filled up with Thai food, and about to get to work on some of my intellectual projects.

Feels pretty good.

Oh man I just realized what's waiting for me!

Unlimited Marmite! Just the thought of all you people cringing at the thought fills me with glee.
Unlimited? I'm almost out of Marmite from all the toast I've been eating lately.

My friend and I are making a kobold faction for Cortex Command. They use weapons like stone launchers, big sticks, and auto-hatchets. >:D
