Frying fixes everything. There is fried ice cream for christs sake, and that tastes amazing.

Covering in cheese in a miniature verson of that rule, as is cooking with double the butter requirement.

One of these days Ein. I'm gonna go to your house. And eat ALL of your... Most likely not made sushi.

So in other words, Ill probably just stand around awkwardly at the door for a bit and then walk back to the airport because it's too sunny.

I've noticed that at the tractor supply store, there are people who dress like they are trying to be fancy.

by southern standards, that is.

I came with a t shirt, cargo shorts, a University of Kentucky hat, and blue sunglasses with a copenhagen sunglasses retainer thing.

I don't know what those are called.

first day of break is amazing. my legs still are sore, but no going out with full pads in SATAN weather, which is good.

Went to a QT today, they have these 52 oz. drinks that are like 59 cents. it was awesome.

Holy jesus yes. fried ice cream is the most amazing dessert ever.

Sun here isn't nearly as bad as Texas~
It's just a bright eye-strain causing ball, as opposed to Texas's FUCK YOU HAHAHA horribleness~
But yes, sushi, I can make lots of it~
Part of the benefit of an asian majority is that you learn how to cook asian foods~~

You know. Ein, just one day. I MIGHT just decide to see if I can move over there. Since I have a girlfriend that enjoys the sun, but I don't like the harshness of it here in Texas.

If so hey, maybe Ill stop by some day and you can show me how to make some.

True, and this coupled with the fact that all middle-aged women seem to love me makes learning this stuff easy.

I gotta participate in the curch cook-offs again.

Might be neat~
Weather here is nice~
Best warm-weather climate I've ever lived in~
Also, good sushi needs good rice~
Most westerners seem to think the filling is the important part, but no~
If the rice is bad, it doesn't matter how delicious the other stuff is~
And if you like asian food in general, there's like, 5 places to get great Thai food half an hour, or so away from where I live, and tons of amazing restaurants in Chinatown~

My employer has an office in Hawaii working with the Naval base there, It is one of the most sought after positions. I've had to settle for a mere Florida of sub tropical goodness.

Exactly how I feel! I knew the way one of the places here did it was just so wrong. I even complained and they were all about their fillings and toppings and crap.

At least the other place here has it's head on straight about that.
