I just finished playing through Station37. It's an indie game that makes me think of Sega Megadrive games but more specifically one of the Ghost Busters games. The whole thing put a smile on my face but most of all the second half.

Man I want what Josh has.  Having my own apartment and job would be awesome.  I'm going to have to work part-time while being a full-time college student though.

EDIT:
Oh, and I'm back from Maine at my Dad's parents house.  Tired as hell, have to go to my cousin's 18th birthday party when my parents pick me up, eeerrgh.

I am fortunate in that the apartment is crazy cheap due to it being owned by the Government, and the Government isn't built around making a profit.

I am unfortunate at the moment though, in that I'm currently residing in my Mom's old, musty, filthy house until my job starts, some month and a half from now, where I can then move right on in to my awesome new place. This is driving my allergies insane, and I am not having the best day at the moment. I predict that this will be a trend of unhappiness until I get to move out again.

Good luck on your own endeavors though Toon.

Yes, I can currently be contacted via Steam.

I hope so atleast, my Mom hasn't been taking good care of the family computer, and I fear it's on it's last legs.

Oh god I told my mother the password for my computer at home and its gonna be two weeks with her alone with it.

I hope Steam didnt open up when she logged on. That would be embarassing.

I am grateful today for eggs, bread, and eggplant.

That's what I just bought from the supermarket.  It's great to have them.

You know I've never ate eggplant. Is it any good? I've always thought it looked and felt interesting though.

Eggplants vary wildly~
This guy who leaves up here grows his own and some are spicy, some taste like peanuts, some are sweet, et cetera~
It's crazy~

Whah, really?

Apparently for some things it's so bitter that you really have to leech them before you can eat them, but I think they're okay without doing that.  When you cook them, they get really mushy and sort of slimy... not as bad as okra, if you've had that, but still pretty bad.  And they feel really spongy before you cook them up.  That texture remains a little bit.

They're good cooked up with garlic and spicy sweet sauce, Chinese style.  Also pretty good grilled and put on sandwiches with balsamic vinegar.  I'm doing an Indian-style curry, though, in coconut milk with potatoes, peanuts, and lots of spices.  That's probably the easiest way to cook them, for me.

Okra isn't bad. Especially not fried D.
