I'm learning fingerstyle. It's difficult but satisfying.

Did you read the last two posts in this thread before writing that?

I can finally punch people in the face through the 'tubes. Good golly, I've been waiting for this.

In other news, I'm exercising regularly again. Feels great to be on vacation, too.

It just dawned on me that this is also the future of tech support. When you get those people who are just too damn stupid to type something correctly, you could "remote" into their hands and type it for them.

Although there would need to be some serious controls on that, otherwise there'd be a strong temptation to choke the person to death with their own hands.

Just went to my sister's graduation. Other than it making me extremely glad they banned air horns at my gratuation, and the standard long-winded valedictorian speeches, with the standard stupid jokes by the speaker at them being long-winded, it went well. I think my mom and step-aunt embarrassed my little sister suitably well.
A few interesting points:
  • The name of a girl was called which was the exact same name as a girl I worked with in my last job(one that actually paid money) two years ago. I didn't get a look at her face, but I think it was the same girl. I didn't know she was that young. I wanted to ask her out at some point, too.
  • My step-aunt's (ex-)husband(? Or something. Whatever, they had a daughter together*) looked a hell of a lot like Batou from Ghost in the Shell today. Seriously. Interesting that I recently played Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex.

And later today is a graduation party.

*My family(and nearby familiar associates) relations are pretty fucked up.

That's kinda how I figure I'll look when I get old. Once I no longer have to keep the beard restricted to a socially-acceptable length for work, I'll just let it go until it starts being able to trim itself.

Very interesting dream last night, ended up talking about relationship and couples with a prostitute while she cleaned her H&K MP7 in that dream, actually I ended up cleaning her MP7 while she cleaned one of her pistols as we talked.
