 I wrote "dumbass" in Russian on a friends arm when he wasn't looking. Had to do it really carefully, otherwise he'd feel it. Childish, but being a jerk just feels good. He then saw it and looked at me in a way that just says "...seriously?" and managed to get the writing off.

If you are willing to fuck around with the game files for a while you could try Narodnaya Solyanka, quite possibly the biggest and most comprehensive mod for Stalker out there.

Also, turning the NPC talk to Russian is so much better than those bad russian accents.
