Oh be nice, the only type of cooking I actually enjoy is grilling.

It's apparently pretty good, but I only grill for myself and Milly now. X3

Notice he said "boys".

He means that grilling is a sort of right of passage thing for men.

Women like you don't really count. You can do it. We don't care.

I don't really like grilled meat. Boiled or fried is where it's at. But then, maybe that's just because I don't have a good relationship with my father.

All I know is my "dad" gave it up after I gave it a try. For the next five years that was MY grill! XD

Though he didn't really seem to like me much after that actually...

yeah, it's a primal (primate) thing. The smell of scorched meat makes us men ROAR. :D
Makes us say: "get away from that meat woman, that be me job!" ;)

heh, had sorta a vision of a small boy hunched over a grilled lambchop tearing at it furiously and growling. grrr mine. :3

No machochist or female unfriendlyness intended here though, just messing around confirming streriotypes. actually am pretty wazzacallit....emancipated! Just toonite cooked an entire lasagna from scratch.

...TYhis also made me happy for some odd reason, must be the upbeat, cause these guys make me think of elves.

No. We don't let the puny weaklings near our meat.  Women are fine.  Unless your gay.

I just made fettuccine. And it was good.

And that makes me happy.

Anticipation of the weekend: My parents think it's a CHORE for me to make pizza.

I believe it is a career opportunity, or at least a very tasty skill.

okay 8 for effort, making sauce from raw ingredients will earn you an additional point.
10 (=100%) is the impossible goal that sheffs strife to attain.

talking (writing) about cooking makes me happy. :)
