Uh, I got my ACT scores back, and I might be happy but I'm not sure. Is a composite score of 30 okay? Like, it said I got in the 96th percentile nationwide but for that it seems like my score should be higher...

I figured it was about average. That's why it confuses the hell out of me that I'm in the 96th percentile...

What year level are you? Junior? Sophomore? After all, you can take it just about any year level before you graduate.

IIRC, our high school said at one point that 27 was about avg for us; although our high school was in the middle of nowhere. I personally got a 32 overall either as a sophomore or junior and scored about 2050 or somesuch on the SAT. I would guess you are probably well into the top half.

I got a 29 because math and science >:s.

36 on English, 32 on reading, and then like 26 on math and science.

Sermon at church today was kind of short, but I always had a theory that most priests extend their sermons a lot because they are expected to have some length to them. This guy I think used to be a Buddhist monk for a little while, so he always seemed to avoid that kind of stuff and goes straight to the point.
But moreso to what made me happy, the sermon was talking about the golden ratio, spiral patterns in lifeforms and physical phenomena and the interconnectedness of life.

Of course all I could think of was "Dude, is this sermon about Spiral Energy and Spiral Lifeforms? That's awesome!"

I would bet money Andrew has edited things retroactively, except I can't prove anything because it was edited retroactively.

How the fuck did you get a perfect score on English. Wait... why the fuck did I get a 30 on English when the scores added up to it are 15 and 16!?

And, wait, wait... how do they get these scores, are they averaged out? Are they added up? This doesn't make any damn sense!

Also

36
32
26
26

120

Your scores average out to 30, not 29. Nothing makes sense anymore.

But moreso to what made me happy, the sermon was talking about the golden ratio, spiral patterns in lifeforms and physical phenomena and the interconnectedness of life.

I am disappointed that, during the singing of hymns, you did not shout "ROW ROW FIGHT THE POWAH"
