So I watched the newest episode of Super Robot Wars Original Generation: The Inspector. There wasn't much discussion about it on /m/ while it was airing. Mostly because everyone was too busy watching it. And it's only the first part of a two-parter.

Hurgh.

I hereby solemnly swear that I will stop being such a procrastinating, messy little fuckwit and move on to more mature pastures.

The reasons for this decision were unhappy indeed, and involve missing class/starting homework too late a couple of times, but the results make me happy because I believe this will help me a lot in the years to come.

Okay.  Let's go.

 Older sister took us on a walk, was good for getting the dog out of our heads. I can at least function at home now.

Yeah, what a kick in a teeth about the dog.  I know that feeling.


Job searching continues to be a soul-wrenching exercise, but I may have discovered something about myself.  Without going into too much detail, it's become clear my little anxiety demons are bigger than I thought they were.  This is good news, because I got a proper facefull of them last night, to the point where I really grasped just how ridiculous whatever it is I'm talking about is.  I've got some things to do.

Thanks for the warning Vector, I see my stop coming up.  This Procrastination Train rolls so damn slow it's hard to see it coming.

I remember when my dog died, she went to say hello to the nice coyote's... it didn't end well, she actually survived the initial trauma, and we got her to the vet, and it seemed like she'd pull through, then one day my mother picks me up from school early, with no explanation, this wasn't that unusual, I'd asked her to pick me up the day before, and I thought she'd just gotten confused, she was crying but she'd been crying about our dog for a while, it was only about half way home when she was sobbing about how Josie was such a sweethearted little dog that I caught on to what was actually happening. Apparently she'd turned toxic that morning, her liver had failed and she had to be put down.

EDIT: Damn it, this is the happy thread not the sad one, be happy damn you, BE HAPPY!

I believe we lost a cat to coyotes, I'm not sure though.  I know one cat climbed into the flooded basement of the abandoned house next door and drowned.  We never told my sister, as far as I know she still thinks it ran off.  There's one more cat we've had whose fate I can't remember, I'm betting it was coyotes.  For a while there were a lot of howls at night and pet-less collars turning up.

Oh yeah, the reason I came here.  I'm playing Dragon Age Origins.  I really want to hate it for the DLC stuff, but I can't deny being AAA is a positive thing.  No more Emowyn, no more embarrassingly dorky intros like NWN2, it's a cool game, and I like it.

I'm happy becouse I've stopped procrastinateing and decided to do something I really want to, start makeing video Let's Plays. >.> Now I just need to purchase FRAPS.
