Aside from the platforming bits, the actual insanity bits at the start of each one are simply amazing. The first one was unsettling, the second a bit more obvious but still pretty nice in the way it progressed, but then the third one... Wow, that was just epic. Encountering a character meant to invoke fear causing the game to emulate a hardware failure, go back to a crazyworld version of the sequence from the beginning of the game is just something quite new which I personally have never seen before. Certainly the most effective way I've yet seen of invoking real horror in the player. "OH GOD, my computer just broke!!!! D:   ...   wait a sec..." Followed thereafter by a small joke and a fake restart-from-last-checkpoint screen (move batman's head by tilting the mouse, lol; console version apparently says to use the middle joystick ). So much win.

 I re-installed Mass Effect 2. Playing on hardcore. Last time I played on hard and finished with an impressive 2 casualties. This time, I'm making sure no one dies.

On Red Dead Redemption, my friend was getting frustrated losing on Liar's Dice, so he got up from the table, shot everyone but one person playing, and then rejoined the table to play against him.
