I kept seeing Merlin everywhere in this thread and then owls came up and I was wondering when it would actually be pointed out and then it was.

As for actual happiness, I am slowly making progress in Rune Factory Frontier. It is Autumn now, and I am approaching a point where I am actually ready to break away from constant farming to go reach and throttle the boss of the Lava Ruins.

Happy I finished the room (or at least the part you guys see) for dArk woRld. Just having trouble drawing the character on my tablet. Ironically, I can draw him on paper perfectly. D:

I just realized exactly how many good books I've read so far in my life, and how much time I have left to live.  Sometimes the world just seems magical.

Have I really only lived twenty years?  It surprises me, how much one can do in so little time, how much can learn, how much one can explore, and how much there is left to enjoy despite that.

I've gotten back into DoomRL. Next stop, My DF binge for 2011. Sucks that it'll happen this early in the year, but I'm seeing the signs. It's going to happen.

I always seem to get this feeling around New Year's. I'm now sixteen; that's over a decade and a half of living. It feels like forever. That means that I have roughly 18 forevers to go!

Hm. I wonder if it's a sign of mental imbalance that I was more interested in trying to read the sheet music in that picture than looking at the rest of it. Is that actually a song, or did the artist just make it up?

I don't think it's anything.
The time signature appears to say 8/4, but the notes show different, and aren't consistent.
Then, it goes treble, bass, treble, bass, bass.
However, the notes do seem to follow some sort of actual melody, however odd and inconsistent it may be.
