Some warm (but not too warm) gloves are nice. A normal long sleeve shirt will work fine, though you may want to wear some brightly colored or reflective patches to avoid getting hit by cars. If the snow is really deep, wear some running pants*, otherwise shorts are fine. A windbreaker is nice if it's particularly cold, but otherwise you'll overheat (if you run fast enough.)

*pants that go all the way to the ankle, like sweatpants but thin and not made of wool. They should be about as thick as a pair of running shorts.

Awesome, thanks. I have a pair of running pants I use to go to the gym in, though I really don't like sweatpants. I'm guessing all I'd have to buy is a long-sleeved shirt, a windbreaker jacket, and some windbreaker pants, whatever they are called. My concern is getting wet, both from sweating and from snow melting. Hopefully I can get all this for under $60.

I'll be one good-lookin' guy in time for spring, with enough stamina to do my favorite warm outdoor activities.

I was trying to remember R. Lee Ermey's name, so I googled "drill sergeant guy"

First result was Ermey's wikipedia page.  Hell yes.

That is awesome. Search engines are getting smarter.

e, I almost forgot. I finally found time to go to the gym today, it's been while. I've forgotten how good a few kilometers make me feel.

Hang in there Retro. It may be a good idea to switch to B vitamins and orange juice instead of more coffee at this point, if you've had five or six pots already.

It's almost the weekend, hopefully you'll get to act like you're dead then.
Don't listen to his lies. Minor stimulant overdose is just the key you need to be successful. I should know, I slept three out of the past twenty-four hours, and I feel great*!

*"Great", as defined by MetalSlimeHunt Incorporated, can mean anything from "feeling good" to "being in the sleep depravation tolerance period" or even "horrible, but ignoring it".

Well, the best bit is that "Donald J Pedley" and other Telegraph readers took it completely seriously.
