I finally managed to draw a decent pair of legs on my space marine sprite, and then I copied it and blanked all the surfaces for a template in case I ever want to draw a space marine, for some reason :/

Hmm. Maybe I should practice some spriting. You'll notice 01 over there has peg-legs.

I dunno, you guys have survived Thomas the tank engine, golems, zombies, nuclear explosions, laser whales, and being on the same team as ragnarock.  I don't think something as tame as a world ending rain of lava will even slow you guys down.

I don't like spriting that much.  I'd rather draw normally, less frustrating for me.

Can you draw normally, then butcher it into a low resolution?

That reminds me of this thing where famous anime characters are shrunk down into three pixels and you can still recognize them.

The Senate and House are now too gridlocked to do anything.

Just as planned.

Yes. When the car is headed towards a washed-out bridge, I know I'm always happiest when the controls are rendered completely useless.

Normally, I'd agree on the whole "Gridlock can be a good thing." But not when the economy is in the shitter.

If this gridlock will kill COICA, its ok for now.
When those law-people are actually trying to fix stuff like the economy instead of trying to make unnessesary filters, it'll be not ok.

Normally, I'd agree on the whole "Gridlock can be a good thing." But not when the economy is in the shitter.

It's getting better, supposedly, and the fact that the election is over will spur a lot of business activity itself as investors waited to see what kind of environment they'd have to deal with.  It comes back to a issue you see over and over in American politics - economic cycles are about five years long, while we have elections every two years.  Policies put in place at one time don't have a really noticeable effect until voters have gotten sick of whoever put them in place, thinking they accomplished nothing, handing offices to new people who come in just in time to take credit for the long-term effects of whoever they replaced.

No fan of gridlock me either, but I loves me some entertainment.
