This made me happy today

Thanks to whoever posted it in the Life Advice forum :p

For kicks, sing and dance along with it. You'll feel better afterwards

That was the funniest damn thing I've seen in a week.

Did you know that Deathquest is a year old?

Did you know that Deathquest is a year old?

Indeed it is.  I wish my hard drive didn't crash.  Oh well, I'll be starting a new succession fort when the next version comes out.  It'll be great man.

EDIT:

Deathquest was my second successful fort.  NOSTALGIA YEAHHHHH

Despite being a work day out of the blue (got called in). Got a couple more hours of work for the week. YAY! Despite being another annoying solo work day.

What makes me happier is that tomorrow, I have some help this time around after alot of solo work days. And to top it off, I have Thanksgiving, as well as the weekend, off; despite being a lack of hours nonetheless.

Gonna need ideas to fill in the time off, things are getting pretty repetitive and dull lately. And unfortunately, not really any good bands at local taverns lately. Not to forget, it's been ages since I last went out to drink or have fun with old friends.

Reached the end boss of spelunky.
The giant gold head landed on me while I hung off a ledge.
He then squished me : P

Only took about 750 adventurers before it.

I'm optimistic about beating the game before I hit 1000.
Not today but I was at a LAN party at the beginning of this month and part of the way through I downloaded spelunky, in my very first play through I unlocked the changing room. Something I've never done before.

Ate a damn fine giant sandwich today.
It made up for all the poor piggies snubbed by those nasty vegetarians.

For some reason, when I sing the song "Home for the Holidays" in my head, it transitions into the Imperial theme music from Star Wars.

I can't help but get the feeling they were leading me on, though.  I dunno.  Pretty good, though, except the countries thing.

I guessed female based on how big he was on emoticons.  It seems like the ladies use them more than the doodz, especially ones like O_O and :x

This made me happy, because I'm some kind of wizard or something apparently.

Rather than having them directly force you to mine adamantine, I would suggest that they give you strange moods that require adamantine. "Dig out the adamantine or Urist here goes insane and dies" is suitably vicious.

(It occurs to me that you can probably get "Lovecraft" as the random name of your fortress. That's when you know you're screwed.)

But... you're Cthulhu. You should corrupt their minds with horrible, horrible images that no human should ever see EVER.
Not guess their gender.
