I just went on a crazy tangent in the 'Physics rule 34' thread that went from insightful to downright insane. I had fun typing it nonetheless.

FAKEEDIT:
If you know what thread I'm talking about, you cannot unsee it now. :P

EDIT:
Now that I think of it, I think my mind goes a little AWOL when it gets late, or I've been on my machine for too long.

So I seem to be building up a manga collection, of sorts.
Of sorts because, so far, I only have 6 H-manga, of which 3 are Touhou, and then the massive 8 gig torrent of Touhou doujin that I've only barely gone through.

Strangely enough, I've only read the Old Man and the Sea, but liked it.
Not read the others.
I have no system of organization for my books, and I have five such stacks of books, as well as two shelves, packed as tight as can be, a bunch of books on the top of the shelving unit, and a lot of books on my bed.

Yeah, I try to organize mine but the only firm divide is "things I've read" and "things I haven't read."  There's two bookshelves for the stuff I've read, and another two (really the size of four, though) plus my bed for everything I haven't finished yet.

Now, off for my date with calculus ~

I have 3 box like shelves hanging above my desk where I have my books sorted by great, average and horrible.
There's also another shelf next to my bed containing books in english and all works by Pratchett.

(Russia)country not really known for it's culture
Can't say I agree with that. No offense, but it seems that the case is more about some people not being informed about Russian cultural heritage, rather than lack thereof.
See, throughout 18th and especially 19th century, Russia was one of the three big players on the cultural scene of Europe(and so, the World), alongside France and Austro-Hungary. St. Petersburg itself was on par with Vienna and Paris, as the city to which nobles from all over the Europe would want to send their kids to study and "make connections".
Music(Tchaykovsky, Rimmsky-Korsakov, Mussorgsky, later Shotakovich), literature(we've got these covered already), architecture(St.Basil Cathedral, all the unique Russian orthodox churches, the Moscow Orphanage, the Hermitage and the whole of St.Petersburg basically), engineering(the bloody trans-siberian railroad). You really can't say these are in any way obscure names and achievements.
Perhaps the Cold War scare and Soviet isolationism contributed to the general lack of information on the subject among the western populace.

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.
Quote from: Ze Spy
Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.
