I know the feeling. Just went through it... three hours ago.

 But now I feel like crap. Something happened and now my right abdomen feels like an inside-out blender went off inside. I suppose this should go in the rage thread, but I'm not so much angry as just in unknown pain.

That...could be an appendicitis. If you start feeling like you've got gas that won't go away, or the pain persists until tomorrow, go to the hospital. Recovery from an appendectomy is much faster if they can remove the appendix before it bursts.

My first thought too.  Nausea and fever are also common symptoms, so watch for those.  When I got appendicitis, I had mysterious right abdomen pain that went away after the first few hours, and then came back even worse the next day.  But yeah, as long as you don't try to tough it out, you'll be fine.  Laparoscopic surgery is an amazing thing.
