Immediate anxiety inducing stuff's been dealt with. Either my assignments are done, or in one case it's being deferred until August (Which means that I get a late graduation but w/e) and my dissertation, while it'll be more rushed than it otherwise would be, isn't actually in need of a panic yet.

I'm still anxious but that's stopped the panic attacks.

I'm also going onto an SNRI too at a very low dose to see if that stops me getting emotional blunting. Wish me luck.

Started reading The Mercy of Gods, and I'm enjoying it.

I like the idea of something where humans don't win the war against a technologically superior species for some stupid reason like "They've never encountered a computer virus". The Carryx invade Anjiin, and the humans have literally no recourse. Of course they don't, these humans somewhat more advanced than us now while the Carryx have a weapon that's used to instantly execute one in eight people just to prove that the only ways forward are subjugation or annihilation.

Granted we know from literally the first chapter that the Carryx lose in the end, but it's going to be more fun seeing how when you know that they didn't get wiped because something basic as fuck got them.
