Doctor's visit today wasn't as bad as I expected. Basically, the treatment course from my proctologist didn't go on for long enough.

Also, I've apparently lost 10 pounds since I was last weighed, though I don't know if that's because of my current health problems or just general changes I've made.

The main campus for our state university is in the same town that battles with cow tipping as a pastime.  Thousands of millennials fight each other in spelling bees and on basketball courts for the honor is being stranded 30 minutes from anything else.
