I rode 155mph on my bad motor-scooter a few days ago, my personal fastest ever.  I was pleased that for a 30-y/o bike it was perfectly smooth.

Genuinely horrifying- there was no way I was keeping a 380lb motorcycle steady against the winds doing 60mph, and you nearly tripled that? Egads.

Crazy. I hope that was on a circuit made for racing and not a public road*. Well, that, or on the German Autobahn.

*) Over here, driving that speed on a public road would get your driver's license revoked, for at least 5 years if not the rest of your life.

When you say motor-scooter are you talking a motorcycle or a moped?

A motorcycle.  Going fast is something I enjoy tremendously.  You only get into trouble if you get caught or hit a deer or something.  There's very little traffic where I ride.

On a bike moving that fast, thats becoming lunch. like, youd sweep the deer's legs out from under it and get clotheslined by its torso.

Damn man, that's pretty fast especially on a motorcycle. I've seen what happens to cars when they hit cars, so I don't think hitting a deer while on a motorcycle would be a good idea.


The fastest I've ever driven is 100 and I only did that so I wouldn't get run over by lorries and other cars, holy shit that was an awful road to drive on.

Oh, its Miles Per Hour. That means it was in the United States.  Yeah, we have large stretches of nothing in the US, so it could be done safe-ish.
Like, most of the Mid-Western states are pretty much long stretches of road (I say, having not been there).
Some don't even have speed limits.

No zombies just trying to keep from being run over by lorries going just as fast, going the speed limit would have meant potentially dying so I decided not to do that.

I never specified who was becoming lunch

I think of it as becoming one with the deer. Likely the meat would mingle enough that some of it wouldn't be identifiable.

A lot of the US highway system was designed to be used as airstrips Just In Case, so there's that, too.
