Was having issues with my new monitor being either A) Too bright during the night, or B) Too dark during the day (due to all the sunlight) no matter what brightness I set it at.

With a bit of searching though I was able to find a program that lets you automatically change your brightness based on time of day. (Note that said program is not Flux, which changes your monitor *color warmth* based on time of day.

Also, said program lets me change the monitor saturation, which uh... I didn't even know you could do? Whatever the case, its certainly very helpful for my old second monitor that is kind of more washed out than my new monitor.

I've noticed quite a few new members over the last week or so.  New Years Resolution to start posting on DF forum?  Great!
Last Year, the forum saw more new member than every year after 2014.  And since 2014 was the release of a major version update, that is quite the accomplishment!

So this forum isn't dying after all lol. I remember people panicking, fear mongering, blaming everything on Discord. Kinda dumb and circlejerky.

We've been claiming the forum would die for like the last 10 years. I used to think it was sadder when people left, now I participate in multiple online communities so I don't have all my eggs in this basket...

I still think that the Early Homestuck/Double Down Man era was extra-special, but now is pretty good too.
