Tomorrow is the Jewish new year, which means we're off school until next week. And in two weeks is another week-long Jewish holiday. It's funny how we're on holiday again, a week after school started.

Playing Might and Magic 6. Keeping in accordance with my latest homestuck obsession, all my characters are named after the kids.

Ate some Brie.
Most awesome flavor ever.

On the other hand, I now smell like cat piss.

I dunno, you guys have survived Thomas the tank engine, golems, zombies, nuclear explosions, laser whales, and being on the same team as ragnarock.  I don't think something as tame as a world ending rain of lava will even slow you guys down.

Cheese is awesome.

That doesn't explain the cat piss though. What happened?

I may need Vector's help with my math class. I haven't done algebra in like...over a decade. I remember it as being somewhat vaguely like a puzzle game, and in that I excelled in it. Other than algebra, my brain tried to melt as I was flipping through my textbook.

Hey, I'll be more than happy to help, should you need it.  Just let me know!

Which textbook are you using?  Rosen?
Yeah, that's it.

Awesome.  Rosen is ... really, really cool, especially when they get into equivalence relations and stuff... gotta say, man, it's amazing what you can do with a little binary.

Gonna go play a table top D&D session, using a character I haven't played since early high school. The GM is running a nostalgia campaign, and asked me to jump in to make a cameo appearance with my most notorious character.

I'm happy because I actually got into the classes I wanted for college. It turns out that if you turn everything in properly, but they forget to do anything with your paperwork, they're required to put you in the classes you wanted, even if it means overfilling a class. (Which also gives whatever teacher it is a pay raise.) Here I come, Western Civilizations, English, and Cross-Training*!

*I'm also happy I found this class. I can count my Cros Country running as independent P.E. for the college for what is essentially two free credits. (Well, $10 credits.)

I'm related to Peter Cosgrove, former leader of the entire Australian defence force, and William R. Guilfoyle, the second curator of Melbourne's Botnaical Gardens. Most importantly, though, I'm related to me.

I'm happy because Calculus is easier than I thought it'd be.
