We Mongolians hate communism and, respect Gorbachev for ruining the Ussr and allowing us to abolish the communist regime at home.

Christmas was surprisingly pleasant this year. I actually had a pretty dang nice day!

Now, though, it's back to your regularly scheduled depression. Ugh.

I'm still wrestling with the guilt of not being in full attendance/being unsure if I've given equitable gifts to everyone (and knowing I've got still to draft up a gift for one close family friend, but his fiancee said it was okay if it was post-christmas), but I was able to collect and distribute Christmas from the end of the driveway without it being a fuss or contentious thing.

I'm really looking forward to knowing how my siblings feel about their gifts, it was a flash drive with a Macintosh OS9 emulator and as many shareware games I could find and register from our youths. It's been a good two decades or so since they've played Greebles, I'm hoping that massive nostalgia blast hits just right.

Sure you did fine with the presents. And unless you gave something really tacky or awfull like a comb to a bald relative or some of them are really ungrateful then it will be okay.

I did not gift anything to anyone, not even my wife (was a mutual thing we reached, the lack of money helped reach it hahahah) but pete.

Peter was the only one that got the presents of some hotweels from us/another bay watcher, and some clothes and playdoh like thing from grandparents. He was more than thrilled.

I'm curious as to how a tank would evolve. Would it climb out of the primordial ooze wiggling it's track-nubs, feeding on smaller jeeps before crawling onto the shore having evolved proper treds?
My ship exploded midflight, but all the shrapnel totally landed on Alpha Centauri before anyone else did.  Bow before me world leaders!

I managed to lock myself out of my room by leaving my keys in there. Thankfully, I got a friend who is physically smaller than me to crawl through my window and open the door from the other side, which unlocks it.

This is what I mean by me describing myself as a "professional dumbass"; I fuck up in ways that should be major, but I manage to just barely get past it because of these tiny details that allow me to recover. If I hadn't left my windows open, or if I didn't have that friend's contact details, I would've been sleeping outside tonight.

That’s not really a major fuck up though. That’s being forgetful.

Also the reason why I always make sure I have keys before I leave my house, though part of that is I can’t get my car without the set of keys which have my house key on them.

I do frequently forget my car keys though...
