Finally bit the bullet and rebuilt my computer.  Been piecemeal upgrading my computer but the case is ten years old and had horrible cable management, got a phanteks enthoo pro full tower which has a PSU cover, cable channels on the back of the mobo plate, and pre-installed velcro straps and shit.  Also decided to stop taking half measures and get a proper higher-end mobo, good RAM, etc.  The mobo came with RGB by default, as did the CPU's default cooler, so fuck it, got RAM with RGB too.  Now I'm a proper gamer.

My previous build was held together with zip ties and earnest wishing, and I tried my best to do this one without any hillbilly rigging, but I only had one PSU Sata cable so I had to zip-tie my SSD into one of the HDD trays, oh well.  Still, the cable management tools are great on the Enthoo pro and the inside of my computer looks so nice and clean, having a clean computer just makes my entire life feel a little cleaner.

People learn that just by doing, and talking / knowing other people who do that. Failing that, you can watch youtube videos. But the best way is to get some old computers, which you should be able to source as rubbish for free, and get them working. First learn what the generally needed parts are, then get into learning about different types/sockets/generations of hardware. A tower PC today isn't significantly different from a 80's-90s PC compatible in terms of the types of parts you'll find inside them. motherboards, hard-drives, CD/DVD drives, CPU, cooling fans, memory chips, expansion/video cards. You could even learn by building old 386 or 486 machines as a hobby (although you're more likely to find working pentium I's, II's, III's thrown out these days, or even newer machines), and that would teach you most of the things you need to know to build a new one. Main difference being now they have different connectors and socket types.

So my dad bought a pre-cooked lobster the other day and we decided to have it tonight. In itself not a happy because lobster is frankly rather meh in my experience.

Happy is that I took the shell of the tail, just where it forms the paddle shape, and gave it to my shrimp to pick over the scraps of meat. The bloody mary's weren't super interested, some came over and gave it a light nibble, but the amano shrimp seemed very enthusiastic about it, picking up big flakes of meat to eat. Since they're clear I can see their stomachs inside their abdomen stuffed full of lobster meat. Love watching them eat big food items.
