Vegimite is a little more tart and less smooth I guess. More sharper? I like both but prefer marmite. When the old marmite factory exploded due to a b vitamin overload i got used to vegimite.

If you mean commercially available to the public, several Wisconsin cheesemakers sell 10-year-aged cheddar; aging beyond that point apparently mellows the cheese, so they're probably as sharp as you're going to get. Several of them sell online if you're actually looking to purchase some.
