Objectively speaking I should be but things tend to end up poorly. That's one social dimension in which I do rather poorly. I tend to get professional respect and my patients, colleagues and the people working under me tend to be  very fond of me, but the other side of the coin is that I tend to screw up romantic affairs.
In particular I get the impression that I tend to get filed as a backup plan for people
I also tend to overthink things which does not help in this context. My last girlfriend(pseudogirlfriend?) remarked as much and she had a point (although weakened by the context in which she said it)

I remember when I was like 4 and made a little mud plate for my mommy.

I am not cut out to be a sculptor. I can definitely make presents worth displaying and being proud of and such now.

Don't know her exact size but I have a ring of hers so I left enough room that she can take the enclosed sandpaper roll and snug it out to fit properly. It's supposed to hang over the adjacent finger, she always used to have quirky rings like that so what the hell right?

Finally got the copy of The City of Marvels by Eduardo Mendoza that I ordered some months back.
Read this book years and years ago and have had a vague, hazy memory of it being very good ever since. I am just eighty pages in so far but it is definitely starting to live up to my expectations... it's very heavy on the "historical" side of historical fiction, though. Lots of digressions. Not necessarily a bad thing!

Olive Labyrinth is just another name for Olive Garden. So no, you can't eat your way out, the breadsticks are unlimited.
